PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - 4 month Fixed Term Contract


Due to our continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator who will provide support to the wider Group Payroll function in delivering timely and accurate data, reports and analysis to tight timescales.

 

What will you be doing:

  • collate holiday data provided by managers’ based country
  • analyse holiday data and input accurately onto an MS Excel template.
  • communicate and be proactive with all Managers in supporting and guiding for holiday data compilation.
  • support and assist checking of average holiday payment computations on payroll reports (including Payslips) and recommending amendments prior to the final payroll is submitted.
  • support the Payroll Assistant in the resolution of any employee holiday pay queries.
  • To provide cover and support where necessary to the Group Payroll Teams.
  • Provide support to the Group Payroll Manager in data collation for special projects.
