SENIOR LEARNING PRACTITIONER

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Learning Practitioner to join our team our SEN Kisimul School Lincolnshire, in the village of Friesthorpe near Lincoln LN3. This role is working from 09:15am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday, with 13 weeks annual leave (65 days).

Role Overview:

As a Senior Learning Practitioner for children with autism and severe learning disabilities, you will be key in helping young people with complex needs in an educational setting. What will you be doing?

You will be supporting Teachers, leading and managing learning practitioners and providing support and supervision. You will be ensuring the quality of learning and development and providing long term and ad hoc cover for the Teacher.  As a Senior Learning Practitioner, you will also be providing support, learning and education in a therapeutic informed way to learners in school facilitating a positive lived experience enabling learners to become the very best version of themselves.
