Pay rate: £31,827.00
Hours: 40 hours per week - Mon - Friday 9-5pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Maintenance Supervisor based at Acacia Hall, Friesthorpe. Responsible to the Group Property Manager (North), the successful applicant will be responsible for the up-keep of the site and surrounding provisions in the “Lincs North West” sub-region.
Key responsibilities:
- Development and delivery of an efficient and effective planned and proactive property maintenance service.
- Efficient and effective arrangements are in place to deal with any unplanned or emergency works required,
- Ensuring that suitable arrangements are in place to effectively and safely manage all aspects of relevant property maintenance works undertaken by any external contractors.
- Completing and recording relevant auditory processes associated with the role. Reporting/resolving any faults and/or hazards in a timely fashion.
- Liaising with the Care Home/School Managers regarding planned and reactionary works.
- Works scheduling, with both internal and external labour resources; procuring materials, equipment and plant when required; all in accordance with Company Policy
