FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accounting Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Accounts function, and to maintain an efficient and accurate Financial Accounting function to ensure provision of timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage all Financial Ledgers – Sales, Purchase, Cash Book, Stock and Nominal Ledgers within the time frames set and all supporting documentation and controls.
• Manage/supervise all aspects of the Purchase Ledger and Payments Controller, Sales Ledger and Credit Controller, Senior Accounts Clerk and accounts clerk roles. Ensuring they have clearly defined roles and objectives and that they are developed and motivated to achieve the required standards of performance.
• Management of Fixed Assets including additions, disposals, transfers and depreciation, and ensure all Capex documentation is captured and processed.
• Month-End Divisional P&L reporting and variance analysis, and monthly Balance Sheets including reconciliations and Working Cash Flow for monthly Management accounts consolidation.
• Year-End reporting for Statutory accounts including preparation of audit and tax information, within given deadlines.
• Assist key stakeholders with requests for financial information as required, internal or external.
