GROUP CONTRACTS MANAGER
Due to our on-going growth and our plans for continuous development, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Contract Manager to join our busy business development team working out of our head office in Swinderby, near Lincoln.
Kisimul Group Ltd are a group of independent specialist schools and adult services providing exceptional residential care and award-winning education to children, young people and adults with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, severe and complex learning difficulties, global development delay and associated challenging behaviour.
About the job:
The role will focus on managing and developing the Kisimul Group’s customer contracting arrangements. You will work closely with the business development director, group homes development manager and the operations and finance teams to ensure that contracts are in place for all service users.
You will ensure that any operational, legal or regulatory changes are reflected in the contracts. You will also ensure contractual issues are resolved effectively and in line with current legislation or guidance.
