We are looking to appoint a human resources compliance administrator to work in ourhead office based near Lincoln with the option of hybrid and remote working.

What you’ll be doing

       Ensuring that all compliance requirements are carried out and met in linewith regulations for any candidates that are being on boarded, including carrying out introductory calls with candidates to outline the compliance process

       Ensuring that systems are updated and utilised for the onboarding and compliance of new candidates

       Effective candidate management; building relationships and ensuring that compliance is met in a timely manner

       Liasing with the Recruitment Team/Hiring Manager regarding the compliance of new candidates and missing documentation

       Requesting all applicable references in line with regulations, ensuring that any concerns are highlighted to the Group HR Coordinator in a timely manner
