We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the organisation as a Speech and Language Therapist and be a part of our multi-disciplinary team. As a Speech and Language Therapist you will make a key contribution to providing effective person-centred positive behaviour support. Our inclusive way of working aims to make sure that our individuals have a voice so that they can be actively involved in all aspects of their education, care and support.

About the role
This role will be challenging but rewarding, with the opportunity to have a real impact on improving the lives of the people who use our services.
You will provide a service to the young adults at Calman Colaiste, our specialist college in Thorney near Peterborough. You will support individuals to develop skills to enable them to become more independent and able to live a lifestyle of their choosing. You will have the opportunity to build long term relationships with young people and every day you will be able to see the impact that your support has on their learning and quality of life.
