RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
 
Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our established recruitment team. Reporting to the Group Resourcing Manager, this role will be responsible for providing recruitment support in an extremely busy function. 

About The Job:
Working with the recruitment and onboarding (HR compliance teams), you will support in the selection, onboarding and ongoing compliance of our new starters. An example of your day-to-day activities are:
  • Sourcing candidates for support worker and education roles
  • Confidently screening candidates for suitability
  • Working with the wider recruitment and compliance teams
  • Managing key stakeholders, such as Registered Manager and Heads of Care
  • Processing enhanced DBS checks
  • Ensuring that existing staff have renewed enhanced DBS checks.
  • Using the Eploy ATS system
  • Other recruitment or onboarding administrative support duties as required
