An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to work within our School and Children’s Homes on our Swinderby site in Lincoln. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the organisation and be a part of our longstanding and experienced therapeutic team within Kisimul’s Children’s Services. As a Speech and Language Therapist you will make a key contribution to providing effective person-centred support. Our inclusive way of working ensures that the children and young people we support have a voice so that they can be actively involved in their education and care.

About the role
This role will be challenging but rewarding, with the opportunity to have a real impact on improving the lives of the young people who use our services. You will support individuals to develop skills to enable them to become more independent and able to live a lifestyle of their choosing. You will have the opportunity to build long term relationships with young people and every day you will be able to see the impact that your support has on their learning and quality of life.
