Key Responsibilities
To report into the Referrals Manager in relation the screening and management of referrals and placements, and all other duties specified in the Job Description
Duties
• Support the Referrals Manager in the screening and processing of referrals inbox and Local Authority portals and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to referrals coming into the business as required in line with the agreed process for reporting up.
• Populate and update a contacts database for the Business Development and marketing function.
• Collect and manage data for the production of weekly and monthly KPI’s for the Business Development and marketing function.
• Maintain records and requirements of subscriptions/submissions to LA Frameworks, external group memberships e.g., National Autistic Society, Care/Education Service Directories (e.g., NATSPEC) and ensure and Kisimul information stored on any external portals, websites and directories is up to date.
• Support the Referrals manager in the production of offer letters.
• Maintain a database of fees for each service and additional hour costs.
• Where necessary, support all teams involved in the referral and assessment of any individual to follow and complete the current agreed processes.
• Support the Referrals Manager in Maintaining an overview and understanding of the regulatory requirements relating to the admission process and ensure these are adhered to and evidenced accordingly throughout the referral and assessment process.
• Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with stakeholders and target commissioning teams in the interest of business development.
• Provide support to the Head of Commercial to Maintain the referral and assessment process in the absence of the Referrals Manager working alongside both the contract and finance teams as required.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook and all Company policies and procedures; particularly those relating to Health & Safety and safeguarding the welfare of individuals residing within our services.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
