SUPPORT WORKER – CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE - CHURCH VIEW HOUSE 

We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our well-established team at our Children’s home, Church View House near Lincoln, LN6. Hours are from 07:30am to 20:30pm each shift. Working a fixed 2 day on 2 day off rota. Generous holiday allowance. Training and development opportunities available and encouraged. Please see our FAQ's.

  • Promoting the safeguarding of the young people in our care at the very heart of everything you do
  • Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.
  • Supporting the young people to develop their independence skills in their everyday life
  • Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
  • Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people.
  • Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
  • Working collaboratively as a team, to meet the changing needs of the young person and reflecting this within their individual records
  • Actively contributing to the development of the team.
