INTERIM PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT
Due to our continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who will provide efficient and effective support to the Purchase Ledger Clerk and maintain an efficient and accurate Purchase Ledger.
What will you be doing:
• Assist with aspects of the Purchase Ledger including:-
o Processing of Purchase Ledger paperwork, including POP, invoices & credit note processing.
o Ensure all paperwork is processed for month end deadlines.
o Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
o Compile monthly payment runs.
• Provide cover for processing employees expenses in accordance to the relevant Finance Policies
• Assist with the production of month end Purchase Ledger spreadsheets
